  • Are Alterations allowed?
    As a general rule; alterations are not allowed on rented dresses, you only enjoy this when you buy outright. However, this could be possible based on Sharer’s instruction so please ask us via chat or at your fitting session.
  • How does delivery work?
    Pick up: You will get an exact address and phone number for pickup. Please ensure the dress is delivered to us on the last day of your rental term to avoid late return fees. Shipping: We will ship the item to you and pick it up as well at a fee. For rentals, on the last day of the rental term, simply make the outfit available for pick up to avoid late rental fees.
  • What happens when I received the outfits?
    Upon delivery, you bear responsibility for the outfit(s). It is your responsibility to provide us with a secure address, where you are physically present to receive the outfit(s).
  • What if the sizing is wrong?
    We recommend you fit as measurements differ but if you chose not to fit prior to your day and your outfit doesn't fit you, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the outfit. We will be happy to offer an exchange. You can also share your exact sizing with us to limit sizing issues but there are usually no guarantees.
  • What if the item is not as described?
    In case where the outfit is not as described in the Listing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, and in the same condition it was received (please be ready to provide photographic evidence). Please note that it's impossible to guarantee that the colour that you see on the screen is an exact match to the colour that you receive.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You may cancel your rental order at least thirty (30) days prior to the ordered delivery date. For outright purchases, you can only cancel within 24 hours of purchase as items are shipped out within 48 hours.
  • Do I need to dry clean before sending it back?
    We are happy to dry clean for you at no additional fee, however, you can choose to do this yourself but must let us know prior.
  • Can I extend my rental?
    You may extend your rental order of an outfit but must inform us as we would need to confirm that the outfit is not already booked. You shall be charged an additional Rental fee for the period of time of the extension.
  • What are the late rental fees?
    When renting a dress, you will be charged a 50% deposit/caution fee which is refunded back to you upon safe return and good condition of the dress. If you return an outfit late, a late fee penalty of 15% percent of the rental fee is charged every day. If you have not returned the outfit within four (4) days after the return date for the Product, your late return will be considered a non-return and your refundable deposit will be forfeited and the full sale amount charged to you. Failure to pay will force us to institute collection procedures.
  • What if I ruin the outfit?
    Any change in the condition of the outfit beyond dirt and dust on the underside of the hem, train and such is considered to be damaged. You will be charged an appropriate amount in addition to the original rental fee for the repair of the outfit. If damage is irreparable, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the full sale price. If the outfit has significant stains, an additional fee would be charged for laundry,
  • What if I don’t want to fit/try on the outfit?
    That's fine! Please send us a message to confirm the date you want, if available, proceed to checkout and pay the rental or sale fee.
  • Can I bring back an outfit I bought from SEA?
    Yes you can! Some brides want to have the option to alterate or redesign the outfits they love. You can buy from us and then return to be resold. This is a great way to make back money spent.
  • Who Does The Dry-Cleaning?
    We will make sure your outfit is dry cleaned after rental. We would like you to send your outfit to us in clean condition before rental, however, if this is not possible we can have it dry cleaned for you at a fee. Please chat with us to confirm fee.
  • What If Someone Ruins My Outfit?
    Our dry-cleaning team should spot ruins to your outfit and work to resolve. If unresolvable, the renter will pay the sale fee.
  • My outfit has not been sold or rented?
    The decision of which outfits to rent or buy are solely our Sharees/Clients. We always recommend that you share very good images and videos to promote your outfit to attract clients. We also advise that you ensure your price is right to get our clients excited. It is best you recoup some money than recoup nothing at all with the outfit sitting in your wardrobe for months. Please also know that with every year, the style becomes less relevant and attractive. You can always chat with us on how we can better position your outfits.
